Track Workout
2 or 3 sets of 400/300/200/200/300/400;
100m jog after 400, 1 min rest after 300's and 200's;
8-10 min rest between sets.

Thursday, 4/7
Hills on the Urban Trail (between 4th and Harold RRd).
Pickup time 5:00

Buff Pk -- Oldham Trail

"the usual"

Extended Green Mt. followed by "flying 60's on the turf field.
Pick-up 5:30.
