Practice Schedule for February 2/22nd-27th

Objective for the week -- conditioning and speed
First, allow me to say that I am hopeful that all were able to achieve last week’s goals (for most boys, their milage goal was at 47; while for most ladies was at 39) -- except for one person being sick, another with back problems, and many others out of town on their music trip. Therefore, perhaps a couple of you may have achieved this goal!

This week objective's places less emphasis on total milage and aerobic capacity, but instead more on the anaerobic and general strength workouts.
Pick-up for all after school practices this week will be 5:00 PM. Please ask your parents to be on time.
FYI, I will not be at school tomorrow (Tuesday) during the day, as the social studies department is conducting a retreat off campus. However, I will be at practice, on time.
Tuesday, 2/22
DwyHammer (extended for boys)--tempo-ed;
Falcon Hills;
Weights and “Building a Better Runner” routines.
Wednesday
Off -- Except for any of you who did not meet last week's goals.
Thursday
Big-big Warm-Up (the “warm-up run” will be Green Mountain);
Flying 60’s (where this be conducted remains to be seen);
Weights and “Building a Better Runner” routines.
Friday
Big Warm-Up;
3000K time trial;
Cool-down;
Stanfords.
Saturday
Big Warm-Up;
800m time trial;
Cool-down;
Weights and “Building a Better Runner” routines.
Sunday
The Long Run (as usual).

Next week, we're back to being concerned about milage...
