The Banditos 10 miler. The race is THIS SUNDAY!!!!

The entry fee is only $2 and I'll take a school van for anyone who want to run! I do! HOWEVER, YOU MUST FILL OUT THE ENTRY FORM BY LOGGING IN BELOW.

Remember, all I can take is 7 runners in the van. Somehow

A team effort!

Practices for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday

Perhaps I'm being a bit overambitious with the scheduling of these practices, but I believe I may be over the flue and therefore re-energized? We'll see.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, Dec 30th, well meet at school;

Thursday, let's meet at Cromer Elementary (Doney Park) and run from there;

Friday, the 1st, we shall meet at the Skydome;

And Saturday, those who are lazy, will rest. The rest will run on their own.
