Week's Objective: High Milage. 


Define: "Official Practice"


Answer:  If an athlete misses a scheduled practice then there are consequences a coach may impose. 


Parent meeting? Yes. Talk to them and let us all meet some time next week (2/14th 18th) do clarify our "team covenant" as well our schedule. 


Figure out on your own what the highest milage (in 7 days) you've run this winter, and we add 5%, and that's becomes your goal (after dividing by 6/days/week).
