6 mile medium hard run.
First mile at tempo, then easy for the next four miles running in groups). Last mile trying to run it in the same time as the first on the way out.
Tuesday, 2/16

followed by 3x 3 sets of lite poles up Falcon.
Stanfords -- this is a hard workout.
Wednesday
Off -- however, we have had many people missing practices due to Mock Trial also meeting on Thursday's, some missing due to vacations with parents (and no way I think your workouts were similar to anything we've done as a team), and sickness and injuries. Therefore, people need to be running on this day "off."
Thursday, 2/18
mile time trial on the streets of Foxglenn, Fox Lair, Deer Crossing, back to Foxglenn.
Friday, 2/19
"Long easy run" or those such as Jon, Andrew, Jordan, and any other courageous soul may want to run in NAU's "Friday Night's Challenge." Those that do want to race, would of course run something other than a mile time trial on Thursday.
