Green Mtn loop
w/ "long distance" people running the FULL(!) Green Mtn Loop (last time we ran this you folks skipped the loop off Mt. Pleasant!) and then around the lake...)
End on the track, followed by 4x 300; 100 jog in between.
Pick-up at 5:15... a change from the usual... which does not mean 5:30.
Tuesday, 4/13

I must go down to Payson to meet with the timers who will be responsible for our region meet to review details... therefore a "Captains Practice," which again will be discussed.
